Essays are online submissions to Law Forum which discuss an array of legal issues and subjects. Essays are the newest addition to Law Forum’s offerings. Adopted in Volume 54, Law Forum began this project intending to build greater fidelity and access to a larger public for several law firms, legal groups, and other legal professionals. Essays are exclusively written by non-students and Law Forum does not inherently endorse any viewpoint published as an Online Essay. We encourage practitioners and legal professionals to submit these pieces to Law Forum. Law Forum provides a cursory citation review and conducts stylistic edits for Online Essays.
